Mind and body- the pillars of a healthy life

Our body functions only if our mind sends signals and our mind functions only when our body keeps it healthy.  Eating healthy is necessary for both the body and the mind. Have you ever felt too drowsy after a heavy meal and want to do nothing but just take a nap? This is because the circulation of the body shifts to increase blood flow to the digestive system which reduces blood flow to the brain causing tiredness. This is where coffee comes in.
